I was very pleased with all aspects of my dealings with the dealership. There are 2 other Toyota dealers closer to my home....but I would choose Toyota Scion of Concord again for future purchases. I have purchased and leased many cars over the years, and car shopping is not usually so pleasant. Paul Shaw was so professional and a pleasure to deal with. I like several things about my purchase. 1. Ease in dealing with my salesperson Andre Andrews. 2. Minimum haggling, I stated my conditions and he was able to provide me with a great deal...3. the ability to test drive twice and he explained all the car features... Admired the politeness and ease of doing business with the staff at dealership.- Kay
Everything was done in a timely manner. Wasn't there long at all. I like the fact that you don't have to wait at the dealership will provide you a ride to the mall and will call to let you know that the car is ready and ask id you are ready to be picked up and returned to the dealership.- Janet
