New Owner Celebration Event at Toyota of Concord near Charlotte, NC

Nearly 40 new owners came to our July event. The New Owner Event is being held quarterly at our Toyota store. Folks braved the early evening heat and humidity on July 15th to join us for great food, drinks and chat.

Service Advisor and Event Organizer, Terry Sells, addressed the crowd letting them know more information about the service and maintenance of their new vehicles as well as, Warranty information. The purpose of this event is to give people another overview of vehicle care and operation that may have been overlooked when picking up their new vehicle. That first day of ownership is very exciting and most of us just want to get in and drive! Having an evening where a knowledgeable service representative is available to ask questions is proving to be a big hit with our customers.

After the presentation in the conference room guests were shown the service area where they will check their vehicles in when coming for maintenance or repair. In the service area, a Certified Technician demonstrated checking fluid levels on a new Camry. Other models were also available.
Tire Maintenance, Safety Features and Emergency procedures such as correct jump starting of a vehicle and changing of tires were also covered in the session.

Those in attendance stated in surveys completed after the event they found this to be very useful in knowing the dealership better as well as understanding their own vehicle. After and during the event drawings were held, gifts given out and in general a good time was had by all who attended. Many even wanted to know if they could come again and the answer is YES!
