2011 Toyota model lineup – A quick look
Toyota gears up for the next year and so do we at Toyota of Concord, your Toyota car dealer in North Carolina! The company has refined and reengineered its entire line-up to move the brand forward in 2011. The entire range of 2011 Toyota cars, SUVs, trucks and minivans is now available in our vast new car inventory for buyers to explore. Whether you want a dynamic car, minivan to take your family on a fun-filled trip or you have tough loads to tow and haul, we have Toyota vehicles that will fulfill all these requirements and will certainly fit your bill!
The 2011 Highlander's available 270-hp V6 engine is a popular (and good) choice. Redesigned front fascia, hood and fenders, headlights, tail lamps and 17-inch alloy wheels give it a more vibrant, contemporary look.
Highlander’s hybrid version features the Hybrid Synergy Drive System with a brawny 3.5-liter V6 engine paired with a high-torque electric drive motor-generator for total system output of 280 net horsepower. Its EPA estimated fuel economy ratings stand at 28 mpg city and 28 highways. The famed Prius, the most fuel efficient hybrid in the US today yields you 51/48/50 mpg city/highway/combined.
The Sienna is all new in 2011 with a high level of practicality, versatility, and fun. We also have the strongest of the midsize pickup category – Tacoma. Company’s full size pick-up Toyota Tundra now includes Platinum package and the business-only work truck package. The 2011 Toyota FJ Cruiser engine gains 20 horsepower more than last year and offers better fuel economy.
The 4Runner’s robust 4.0-liter V6 engine rated at 270 hp delivers a strong 17 city/23 highway fuel economy and offers 90 cu. ft. of maximum cargo space and 9.6 inches of ground clearance. The model has received the highest 5-star side-impact rating from NHTSA.
Most of the Toyota vehicles have secured the highest possible ratings for safety and security. And in terms of style, performance, mileage and power, we bet they are as unique as ever and stand second to none. Come and discover the world of Toyota at Toyota of Concord, a leading Charlotte area Hendrick Automotive Group showroom in North Carolina. Who knows, you may be driving home a Toyota car that meets your needs with some of our never before seen special offers!

Toyotathon Goes Social!!!
We're excited to announce that we're breaking new ground by introducing Toyotathon to the world of social media!
We've created a targeted and concentrated program to encourage consumers to spread the word about Toyotathon.
During "Toyotathon Shareathon" interested consumers will be encouraged to spread the word about Toyotathon via Twitter.
A lucky 2,000 people will be rewarded with the opportunity to earn a $500 prepaid debit card, assuming they purchase a newToyota during the defined promotional period. From December 8th thru December 11th, 500 consumers will be able to Tweet about their plans for a new Toyota and get a certificate redeemable for a $500 prepaid debit card after they purchase or lease their new Toyota .
At noon PT on each of those four days, 500 certificates will be given to the fastest people who Tweet about their intentions to buy a newToyota . This turn-key Shareathon promotion is separate and above any of the existing incentive programs that are currently in place for Toyotathon. Dealership personnel do not need to redeem anything nor activate any certificates. Consumer activation of the program takes place on a website.

How it works:
Starting December 1st, we will tease the promotion. We will have digital ad banners on auto endemic websites where in-market shoppers are doing their research. We will also have mentions on auto blogs to start to spread the news of the $500 offer. All banners will link to the
butatoyota.com home page. There, people can research current offers, and find out more about the Shareathon program. Then, on December 8, the program goes live. ToyotathonShareathon.com will generate 500 unique, coded certificates per day for four days. A total of 2,000 unique certificates will be issued. No additional certificates will be available, nor are they transferable. Customers will qualify for the $500 if they do all three of the following:
• Are lucky enough to get a unique certificate
• Purchase or lease a new Toyota from Dec 8 through Jan 3. (No Toyotathon purchases prior to Dec 8 qualify)
• Submit for their redemption no later than Feb 1, 2011
Consumers do not need to bring the certificates to the store, although we suspect many will. Please remember, the dealership personnel do not need to take any action with these certificates. Customers will submit their VIN numbers online for redemption purposes. All debit cards will be mailed directly to customers' homes. We're rewarding word of mouth, ensuring at least 2,000 tweets and building a lot of buzz. Toyotathon is now officially entering the digital age and
we're proud to be the first with this kind of offer!
