All of your service reps are great and were very attentive to me even though Tonya Cordrey was assigned to me that day. I was experiencing severe knee pain when I was there and they paid attention to me and made sure I had a comfortable place to sit to keep me off my feet as much as possible. Peter Del Sol and Tonya took care of my service needs. I understand that Tonya is relatively new and she is definitely a keeper. Peter is a class act and I am happy he has been promoted to Manager.
