I had thoroughly researched the RAV 4 Ltd on the internet before visiting the dealership. I was trading in my 2011 Prius and wished to stay within my comfort zone for paying cash for the RAV 4. Donnie Moore and I discussed the purchase, agreed to deal, found the car at another dealership, and had it delivered to Toyota Scion of Concord. I took possession within two days.
When arriving at the dealership, Anthony Arellano completed my paperwork quickly and efficiently and Pete Barnhardt, Finance Manager, completed all the financial paperwork also quickly and efficiently. All of your service reps are great and were very attentive to me even though Tonya Cordrey was assigned to me that day. I was experiencing severe knee pain when I was there and they paid attention to me and made sure I had a comfortable place to sit to keep me off my feet as much as possible. Kelley Blue Book Names Toyota as Brand with Best Resale Value

In its annual “Best Resale Value” awards, Kelley Blue Book named Toyota the best overall brand. Not only did Toyota win the Best Brand category, but in Kelley Blue Books’ “Top Ten” list, which names the top ten overall models, Toyota took four of ten spots, including the top overall vehicle with the FJ Cruiser.

KBB also named the top vehicle in respective categories.
