One-of-a-kind Land Cruiser on display at Toyota of Concord

Toyota of Concord would like to showcase a shining example of the 1967 Toyota Land Cruiser, one of Toyota's longest-running model lines (as well as the inspiration for today's FJ Cruiser).  As if finding a classic in such pristine condition weren't special enough, this particular example happens to be from the personal collection of Country Music Superstar Alan Jackson.  It went up for auction in 2009 for $82,500.

Jackson's FJ45 Land Cruiser is an air conditioned, automatic transmission model with two-tone paint and a houndstooth interior.  It has been fortified with a 5.7-liter Chevy V8, delivering monster torque.  Credit for the masterful restoration of this Cruiser goes to TLC of Van Nuys, CA.

While this rareified Land Cruiser is not for sale, you can check it out anytime at Toyota of Concord, your best source for new and used Toyotas in North Carolina.
