The Owners Appreciation Event was held at Toyota of Concord and was designed for New Toyota Owners where they will be given important information on how to optimize fuel economy, proper maintenance of their car, and make the most of the technology and safety features of their new Toyota. Also, they learned all about Genuine Toyota parts and where to book their Toyota service appointments.
Additionally, owners were served a wonderful dinner and had the opportunity to ask any questions they may have regarding their new Toyota cars. There were raffle prizes and discount coupons to be won as well. All the event attendees were given a free oil change coupon certificate.

"My wife Doris and I attended your celebration last night at Toyota of Concord. We were very impressed with the professionalism of your staff. Without exception, each employee was professional and extremely attentive and polite. My wife is the owner of the new Prius, which we both are enjoying. Over the years (34) we have purchased numerous vehicles for our family, never have we experienced such a professional staff as we have found at Toyota of Concord. My wife talked with your technician about the Prius, he gracefully answered each and every question she and others asked. I observed and was very impressed with his knowledge and people skills in dealing with the customers. The Prius appeared to be the hit of all the customers present.
We look forward to a good relationship with your dealership and will recommend your dealership and products to friends and family. Speaking of family, my father (deceased) was an auto mechanic his entire life. He believed in a clean workplace to repair automobiles, he would have amazed at the cleanliness of your auto repair shop. I would recommend having some large photos made of the auto repair area to have on display for customers to observe who are shopping for a auto from your business. That was an impressive shop. "
